Development opportunities
We actively organise orientation activities for all members of staff. All new employees, especially those involved in production activities, are provided with special training, and we continuously offer both internal training and external courses. Our wide range of tasks offers plenty of space for growth and development. Annual development discussions provide an opportunity to evaluate your own expertise and plan your career together with your team leader. For example, you might choose to become a technical expert, a team leader or an expert within your own field.

We take a very active approach to rotating tasks. So whether you want to become a senior technical expert or switch between tasks, we will support your efforts to learn new things and advance in your career.
