REMUNERATION

At VTI, remuneration is reviewed from the point of view of the overall remuneration, which includes the monthly salary, merit pay and the possible fringe benefits. The remuneration requires continuous development in order to keep the systems updated and incentive. Fairness in the remuneration is based on explicit processes and updated systems.

VTI's goal as a responsible employer is to increase the proportion of the merit pay in the overall remuneration in accordance to present trend. Increasing the proportion of the merit pay aims at further fostering the personnel's goal and result orientation. VTI is willing to pay for achieved results in a way that the company and the personnel succeed together.
