The structure of the group

VTI Technologies Oy owns 100% of the shares of its subsidiaries and has a branch office in Germany to support European sales and marketing activities.

The manufacturing operations in Mexico is incorporated to an American subsidiary VTI Holding Company, Inc. holding the Mexican assets according to local Free Trade ruling (Maquiladora Agreement) and to VTI Technologies S.A. de C.V. The sales and marketing of the Group in North America is managed by a subsidiary VTI Technologies, Inc.

VTI has also a sales and marketing office in Tokyo, Japan and a representative office in Shanghai, China.
