Aiming for Zero Defects

The Zero Defect principle is based on the philosophy of not accepting faults and continuously striving for excellent results. Following this principle means launching a thorough cause and effect analysis every time that a defect is identified or suspected, to ensure that the same defect will never appear again. Making mistakes is human, but the human factor must never be an excuse for accepting mistakes or defects.

We are continuously striving for more reliable and effective ways of preventing defects occurring and detecting defects if they occur. Only through continuous improvement will we get closer to true zero defects.
